I don't think I'd describe my anorexia as daft , but I do agree its not a good thing , that's why I'm trying to overcome them

Apple juice , I don't like drinking calories , but it's good to conquer fear foods , and if I'm able to drink calories, when I don't feel like eating , it's a bit easier apparently

Really important ! If you don't drink enough your body retains water , causing you to bloat and weigh more , but if you drink lots you won't have as much water weight because your body won't have to cling onto old water !
