  • Just finished my first day! I almost finished the first stage back in October but got burned out of the gym, and just not being able to get any help from the PTs there if you haven't signed up with them. But anyway loved it today! Definitely missed lifting and haven't lost a lot of the gains I made last time :)

  • Did day 1 (fire 30 stretch 10) today and holy cow was it hard but I pushed through and actually loved it!
  • Thanks everyone! Just finished Day 1 and wow am I beat! But in a good way, it's been a long time since I felt like I actually deserved my shower and really should have one lol. Hope all of your workouts are going well!
