i've given it up hasn't bothered me bothers my friends and boyfriend though cause its "no fun" but i havent drank in 3-4 months and have lost 30 pounds not sure if my results would be different if i had been drinking the whole time!

Thanks for the suggestions MFP peeps! I just wasnt sure if I should be doing A LOT of cardio to lose the fat and THEN do weight lifting. But I will continue to do both about 50/50.. I guess I just have to be patient :grumble: Oh and I actually already did 30 day shred :bigsmile:

My HRM says I burn usually 250-300. My days are soo messed up because I kept skipping days haha BUT i think I will be finished on June 11. I'm ready to move on to something a bit longer than 20 min, want to get more cardio in to get this fat off!!

I did all 10 days level 2 and not once was I able to finish those chair squats with a V raise oh my goodness my arms just did want to do it!! but onto level 3 today and did most of the workout it is somewhat easier than level 2 as far as the strength training goes for those worried

yeah mine have went down some but still a DD! i'm with you, I actually don't really dig big breasts, i can't wear a lot of types of clothing that i realllly want :(

i am having the hardest time finding a swimsuit for my body!! i don't want to order online because i want to try it on. I need a one piece with underwire and no deep plunges OH and doesnt cost 150.00 dollars are you freaking kidding me?? it's like i am being punished for having big boobs

oI didn't read every reply bc i am too lazy but my suggestion is to limit the bread to only in the morning so you can burn it off through out the day and if you are making a sandwich only use one piece of bread instead of two. I have switched out my tortilla wraps for sweet lettuce cups and i devour it, doesn't bother me…

Seems I am the only person who likes the taste of Kashi Go Lean cereals... They have a lot of flavor to me! Day 3 of level 2 and i am still as Jillian would say "phoning it in" I do a few reps and then stop for few seconds then start again especially anything with squatting/lunging. i liked level 1 so much better haha i was doing so well with level 1 and felt confident but now with level 2 being difficult thoughts of quitting…

I don't mean to sound rude but why so much food at once? Why not just the sandwich, water, and a salad? The cookies and chips and creamy soups aren't the best options when trying to lose weight
