Egg whites- hardly any cals, no fat shiritaki noodles- 40 cal for whole package and 6 carbs sara lee 45 cal bread- tastes just as good as any other bread I used to use oh and of course stevia, flavored water, and diet dr pepper

You'll lose quite a bit of weight in a short amount of time but after restricting for months you'll start to crack, which leads to bingeing (at least that's what happened to me!)

umm i have this stuff and it tastes awful to me. i have tried it in many things and it does not satisfy any chocolate cravings. no sugar= no thanks, but that's just me!

I didn't read every one's responses first but you can buy the ranch dip powder packets and stir into greek yogurt for a fat free ranch dip

This is gonna sound weird but I get a lot of pleasure out measuring things out, cooking them, then putting them into the recipe tab on here and seeing what the macros are and then i look at it and see what i can change to make the macros better like less calorie, more protein etc. i would say cooking and eating great food…

This month I haven't had my full week of my period yet and I should have by now. I had one day where it was spotty then it went away.. I think it is from losing weight and exercising 5 days a week but heck i could be prego too! ha I just hope everything is ok with my body. I havent missed a period in years.

I'm curious- does putting hot instant coffee (i'm talking 14 dollar mr. coffee maker cheap) in a smoothie taste pretty good? I read online that pouring instant coffee over ice is NOT the correct way to make iced coffee.

Yeah 2000 a week not a day ;) I wear a HRM at the gym to track it I know I have lost 21 lb but I thought that when you get smaller it becomes harder to lose weight and I also wondered if I am smaller weight do I need to eat less calories than before?
