I'm the same - I'm basically at goal weight but want to lose some fat in some areas & tone-up. I'm too scared to up my cals (I'm on 1460) in case I put on. I barely come up to the 1460 a day as it is. Confused???

I just bought a 500g tub of Horley's 'Sculpt' in Vanilla Creme ($22.50) which is delish blended up with Fat-free soy milk & a few ice cubes. I'm freezing my *kitten* off in Sydney at the moment but I've found woollies 99% fat free hot chocolate sachets that you mix with hot water - delish :) Oh, and the 30 day squat challenge! Do 180 squats & you'll be warm!

I only log 'purposeful' (as you call it) exercise - the type where you actually have to wear sneakers & gym gear. Although I did go for a 20 min walk at a decent pace yesterday in my lunchbreak and I logged that. I certainly wouldn't log a stroll around the block in.

Wow lumpsmum, you're doing great! I'm on 1380 cals and hope to lose around 5kgs. I'm probably down 2kgs so far but my weekend just gone was very bad :( I'll be stepping up the cardio big time this week.

I'm on 1380 cals and I'm doing well so far. Although I did go crazy on the weekend with my birthday drinkies & recovering from that, unfortunately I would've went way over my limit so I didn't even bother logging on - oopsy! I guess I'll have to hit the gym pretty hard this week to make up for it.

Champagne!!!! I say that while I sip on a glass & type :) Luckily I'm still under my food goal today plus I've burned around 700 calories at the gym this morn :)

No point going cold-turkey on anything - it'll come back to bite you & you'll overindulge eventually. I agree with the dark chocolate - lindt is especially delish. Also the 98% fat-free hot chocolate sachets that you mix with hot water are fantastic. Good luck!
