Definitely give weights a go! I've been playing around with them for around 6 months now & I'm amazed at the changes to my body - all for the good. Is it through boredom or is your tummy really grumbling hungry? I'd suggest a cup of coffee or tea, more water or go out for a walk. Do anything to get your mind off it. I'm terrible when I'm home & bored but I find a cup of coffee usually eases the hunger.

Trust me - you will lose more & it will be easier to maintain in the long-term if you eat correctly in the beginning! Generally a woman shouldn't be on less than 1200 cals a day unless instructed to do so by a doctor. Please eat up. PS Chia seeds have approx 110 cals per 25g.

I started another round of the challenge on the 1st Sept. I did it back in June & lost a few cms from my butt - woo hoo! I didn't stop either - between the end of June & now. I was doing around 50 to 100 a day. Just thought I'd see how I go again :)
