Why can't I edit my recipe through the iPhone app?
Is anyone else having a problem with editing their recipes via the iPhone app? I can get into it but there's no facility to save the change??? Where the 'save' icon should be, is the barcode scanner :(

What do you eat after your Strength Training session?
I'm embarking on a strength training program & was told by my trainer to consume protein within half an hour of my workout. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best thing to have - preferably low calorie?
