I try to double up on water, fruits and vegetables the next couple days. As hard as it is, I also try to stay away from processed foods the following few days too. It helps wash out that junk. But mostly, I try to just work it and get my motivation back! you're doing great! don't worry :)

Thanks so much! I actually want them to go down. Insurance is a pain with a reduction and I would love to get down to a C from a DDD. We'll have to wait and see because it looks like everyone has had such different losses! My guess is that they'll never be perfect. Ill want to be and C and I'll end up a B or something!…

I have read the Polar is the way to go. Mine was a gift, so I didn't get much of a choice. I do think of them as an investment though. higher cost, higher quality!

I have a Timex WR 30M. I do get the sensors wet and have washed and readjusted straps over and over! I just got it in December so i doubt its the battery already. But I did email timex explaining the issue and they are sending me a replacement. Great customer service! Go timex!

Im doing it now. But one thing id like to point out is that you dont need to be scared to repeat weeks or pause even. I took about 3 weeks off after week 2 and ran 5 minutes today! So just stick with it but go at your own pace. Its really great for endurance. Good luck!

after some really bad food poisoning I was recommended the vitamin "acidophilus". It takes a while (few days) to kick in but its supposed to work as a pro biotic and help reset your system. I TRY to eat the cals earlier in the day so i'm more likely to get them burned off. I have also noticed more recently that I lose less weight if i'm eating late dinners for a few nights in a row. I am on wek three as well and right now I am focusing on just getting through it and then when im done I plan on focusing on speed. Your speed sounds great! I usually do 5.5 give or take so I would say just do whats comfortable!
