Thank you for all your advice, I will definately try organic foods as it could well be pestisides. I have always suffered badly with hayfever so maybe when my immune system was down it was a trigger or something, I don't know i'm not a doctor. Apparently allergies work in a 7 year cycle, this hit me at 22. Before 22 I ate my 5 a day plus more, lol ironically I love fruit. I have tried to do this before but it didn't work, may look at doing it again though as many people have recommended it

I was lucky enough to have testing done. The worst fruits for me are apples, pears, peach, plum, strawberries and large oranges. If I eat any of those I will generally be laid up for a few days. first with the swelling then with cramps

I have the same problem, i stay focussed for a few weeks and then it drops and i am back to square one again! I love the gym but work with children with special needs which is exhausting so finding the time and motivation to go is a killer!!!
