  • So eat less than your TDEE but not lower than your BMR? With my calculations that is only a deficit of 250 cal a day. I was hoping for a larger deficit :(

  • Exactly!! I know the feeling. Bought running shoes that costs more than a year gym membership, joined a running club and three months later still can't run. The running club coach recommended I power walk instead. Guess he was feeling sorry for me. LOL

  • Amazing results everyone !!! Can those same results be achieved with rest 2/3 rest days per week? Never tried exercising before without rest days, but seeing the results I might have to give it a try.
