i know i shouldnt get so consumed over it...but i was just ounces away from my goal weight....and once i seen those "big numbers" on the scale again...all i've thought about is how difficult its been to lose the last few pounds....

i go for chocolate milk after work out, its my "reward" ...my brain tells me if i exercise, then i get my chocolate :) so far, works well :)

i made these and all i have to add is: dont make these too thick....i also think next time i will add some spices...they seemed blah to me... maybe im just too used to eating tuna salad with pickle and onion and i was expecting more flavor... overall i think i think ill make these again :)

prtein shakes work? i also dont consume much in the "meat department". every now and then i will have hamburger or tuna, but thats about the extent of it.... i looked at some protein shake mix yesterday, but havent heard from many if its a waste of money or not....
