Also check what you are low on...eg fat, protein. You could eat something high in one of these to meet your macros if you haven't done so already.

You really shouldn't eat less than your BMR because this is the amount you need to survive. In saying that I eat all of my calories because I'm always hungry. And I sometimes eat my exercise calories :) If you've already set your calories low enough to lose weight than why eat less than that?

Great to see you have your motivation back. MFP really helps when it comes to losing that little bit extra. I use it every day now :)

My supps add up to about 400 cals a day so yes, I count them lol

All you have to do is hit your total calories in a 24 hour period. It doesn't matter when you have them it's all pretty much correct. Hell, I know people that eat 1 meal a day....that's it!

lol.......Nice!

Firstly a pound a week is about the rate you want. Secondly don't work on set ratios or % for your macros. Use this link to work out your TDEE and your macros then adjust these on MFP. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981 I'm doing an upper/lower split twice a week which is working well for me.

You are probably better off reading the link and working these things out yourself. Then you can change all of your goals in the custom field and follow those. The link has in depth info on working out macros and such... http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981

No, not that there's anything wrong with that!

On a normal press whether it be barbell or dumbbell I'll come to parallel. The only press you could do beyond parallel would be the Arnold press, but then you are rotating your wrists also. Give that one a try with some light weight. Youtube Arnold press and check it out OP.

Remember one thing here! You can't lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. Yes, you can fill the rest of your cals with either fat, protein or carbs. Hope that helps!

Possibly! Still doesn't really make sense.

This isn't good advise! And what do you mean by "swell up"?

As long as you stay below your total calories for the day it doesn't matter what carbs you have. I eat around 300g carbs a day. Hit your fat and protein minimums and make the rest of your calories up with more fats and protein or carbs.

Soreness can last a couple of days depending on different things. I've found with eating better I'm not as sore for as long as I usually am. Once you get into your next exercise the soreness won't be too bad anyway. I don't think saunas or steam rooms burn calories, although I wish they did. Total Daily Energy Expenditure,…
