  • Need to log yesterday and today! Yesterday I did the Biggest Loser workout DVD for 40 minutes. Bob Harper is never easy. Today I took the Hubbin for an hour and a half hike through the mountains. It was crazy! He kept up pretty good and it was a workout! My legs hurt!
  • Hi all! Today I completed 35 minutes on the treadmill. 2 sets of crunches, pushups and squats. I wouldn't have done it if not for this group- I got home late from work and just wanted to relax! So thank you for pushing me!
  • I love this group! Thank you for having it- it's just what I need and what I committed to before seeing it! Tonight I did an old Denise Austin Kickboxing VHS (Lol) tape. 30 Minutes. Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress.
  • I'm a lifetime member and have been using the old point system. I'm going to start attending meetings again to see how I like the new program. I'll let you know my thoughts after Saturday.
