Sole!!!! Remove the skin . Season with lemon, garlic and parsley and a little olive oil. Pan fry it dry until its golden brown and enjoy. Yum!!!

My jeans, that used to be so tight I couldn't sit down in, fit me perfectly . Haven't dropped a dress size yet but I'm working on it :) It made me feel so much better after the scale told me I hadn't lost weight! :drinker:

I asked the same question because I was worried about going over my sugar because of fruit too. As long as your sugar is coming from fruit its ok. I changed my diary to show me fiber instead of sugar so it wouldn't bother me but I always keep an eye on how much is in foods. Here is the link to the post about it. many…
