Hi everyone. I'm not eating enough Fiber so I wanted to ask you guys what are some everyday foods that I can eat more of to up my fiber intake?

30DS L1 Day 1
Just completed day 1 ...for a part of it I thought I wasn't going to make it. I think I'm going to need support to carry this on for 30 days! Any women that have started the 30 day shred today add me please so we can motivate each other to continue!

Sugar in Fruit
I keep going over my sugar limit because of fruit. I'm allowed 27 but just 2 bananas will go over that. We're always encouraged to eat more fruit but seems like I have to eat next to no fruit to be within my sugar limit. Do any of you not add fruit to your diary or not care about going over sugar because of fruit?

Keeping the sweet tooth at bay?
What do you do when your sweet tooth just won't back down!? I find myself searching for something sweet to eat before I even realise I'm doing it! Any tips to control the cravings?
