I have 100 lbs to lose. I am addicted to eating. It doesn't matter what kind of food. Its not the food but the motion of eating. And I have no idea how to stop. By first goal is to lose 20% which means 50 lbs. Nut I can stop eating.

I'll be 41 next month and I have about 70-75 to lose although if I go by those dr charts I have 100+ . My doc told me to think back to a weight i was very happy with and go there so 170 it is. Feel free to add me.
