Only day 2 and I’m already not...
.... remembering to track and when I finally did I was way over in cals. How do you stay on track when you’re out all day with family and they only think you can eat without Soy are Fries.

I need to break it down to smaller goals
First goals are: Don’t eat past 7 Drink at least 80 oz of water Stop drinking juice and soda. Don’t need it. Track food don’t worry about calories, just track Workout 3x a week Sleep -this one is a hard one- 6-8 hrs a night. (I’m lucky if I get 4)

wondering how many cal will burn playing in a water park tomorrow for about 6 hrs. And I will be on the slides and climbing those stairs to get on the slides.

Working out cause weight gain?
why the morning after I have a great workout (cardio or straight) I seem to gain. I would think I would lose. Is it because I workout at night then go to sleep about 2hrs after my workout.
