I actually just got fitted at JC Penney. They even suggested types of bras for my type and preferences. Very informative too. Plus, you get a $5 off coupon just for getting fitted. Worth looking in to!

Yes, yes, and yes!!!! They have decent digital ones at Target. It's amazing how much easier it is to track when you can weigh it out. Do it!

I do the elliptical for about 20 minutes to get my HR up, then I do the 30DS after. It helps me boost my calorie burn by doing the elliptical first. Good luck!

The second I start to feel sick, I take Emergen-C. I've also started adding more Zinc to my vitamin intake. That's seemed to help me!

Did you take measurements before you started? If not, I would start now so you can track where you are losing so you don't feel like it's not coming off. Good work so far!! Keep at it!

It could be a number of things. I'd call your OBGYN office and talk to the nurse line and see what they suggest.

That happened to me too! I decided to switch after my first weigh in, and then I was up a few pounds.
