Hawaii Bound!

Hi Everyone, I am planning a trip to Hawaii Sept. 16, 2011. I joined MFP May 12, 2011 and have lost 10 lbs. so far. I have been eating below my calorie goal everyday & exercising 4 times a week. I need to lose a total of 63 lbs more, but know it is not realistic or healthy
to lose it so fast. I have been overweight all my life yoyo dieting for years. This is the first time I have been motivated to stick with my plan.
Please continue to motivate me with your posts. This site is an answer to my prayers!

  • Aloha! I'll be on Oahu during that time! We'll be visiting family while there. I've been working on my weight loss since the end of January and am down 21 lbs. Good luck to you!!

    Where in Hawaii are you going? I love Hawaii! My family has a timeshare on Kaua'i so we usually go once a year. :heart:

    I started MFP february 1 in hopes of losing 40 lbs. before I go to Hawaii in October. I have lost 23 lbs so far. Getting closer to my goal. Good luck and just do what you can do. Any loss is better than gaining or staying the same so just be happy with what you do lose between now and then.

    Flying in to Honolulu, meeting family & then taking a 7 day island cruise! This is a dream trip for me, I am so excited!
