OP - As Maegmez said, your sodium levels are fine. The number at the bottom is what you have left, so if it is -red you are over the recommended amount. I procrastinate. Like now, I should be finding a way to come up with extra money since I destroyed my engine, but instead I have cooked dinner for my parents, babysat my grandson, babysat neices and nephew, played mindless games on my phone, searched out new shows to watch OnDemand or Netflix, & the list goes on...
