When they ask "what is wrong with you?" Look them up and down in an obviously judgemental manner, then smile and say "nothing". Or you can be more blunt and tell them that just because they've let themselves go doesn't mean everyone should. Haha! I can't relate because I work in an environment where people actually eat…

Walking to the arcade with my friends to play video games: Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Galaxian, Q-Bert, Dig Dug, Space Invaders, Centipede..... being able to walk there, to school, the store, ANYWHERE, without fear of getting kidnapped.

Me, I pack my gym bag the night before and take it with me in my car, so I go straight to the gym after work to get it done. Also, once you begin to see the results that will help boost your…

I had that problem for a long time but I found ways around it. Now I pack my gym bag and bring it with me in the car to work, so that I go straight to the gym right after work and get it done. It's worked well for me.

I had a burrito bowl from Chipotle with chicken, brown rice, black beans and cheese. On their site it shows exactly what the caloric amount is for each ingredient you add.

Peanut Butter is great. It may have a lot of calories but at least it has protein. As long as you can work it into your daily allowance I don't see why you can't have it.

Some greek yogurt with berries. 1 scrambled egg with diced tomatoe and cilantro. 1 tomas' thin bagel with 1 - 2 tbs cream cheese.

I do it in the afternoon, right after work. I just pack my gym bag and go straight to the gym from work. I've found that this has worked well for me. Doing it in the morning doesn't work because I get up early for work and have to be in early.

When someone takes the locker next to me in the gym locker room, despite 4 other walls lined with lockers, and then seems perturbed that they feel cramped. Duh!

I usually mix lemon or lime juice with a tbsp. of olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and paprika. It gives the salad a zesty zing.

I often find that those with all these wonderful advice tips are usually the same people who struggle to maintain their weight and have never had any real success, yet somehow they're experts. ;-)
