It's very possible it won't stick. I just have a heck of a time with it staying on. My husband had the same problem. He runs marathons and tends to sweat a lot during a workout. Yes I tried it and everyone at the dinner table said it tasted ok..but it was nothing like buffalo wings. ;) Would i make it again..no..too much work and really not all that great in my opinion

Thanks so much for this recipe. I made it this morning and they are great! The only thing I found was while baking the pancakes were beautifully fluffy but once removed from the skillet they fell flat. They were still good but did i do something wrong or is this what i should expect to happen?

12wks ago I started seriously lifting as heavy as I can as the majority of my workout(45min) and Maybe 10-15min of cardio work at the end. All I will add is... when i used to do steady state cardio I almost never had any muscle soreness afterwards. Now that I'm doing HIIT on the treadmill my legs are very sore the next day. Much like if I did a leg day, so I know I'm working it much harder. Its absolutely exhausting to do HIIT but it does make 20-30min go by…
