I rinse and drain my cottage cheese so it's just the curds left then add one pkg of french vanilla splenda and some sliced strawberries. Tastes very much like strawberry cheesecake to me. Nice sweet treat.

I have a shake post workout and then my breakfast is almost always egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal. I LOVE it and it hasn't hindered my weight loss or increased my cravings. I think the key is to eat a protein source with it and you will have no issues.

A good sports bra..It's an expensive purchase but worth EVERY penny.

I wear a VERY good fitting bra to handle the bouncing up high...a VERY tight tank top over that to control any jiggle from my tummy..and then a workout top over all of it. It does a very good job at keeping things in place and making me feel more 'secure' so to speak. ;)

I have a three year old golden doodle. She has energy that can go on for days but at the same time is very easy to live with. She is always willing to play. Had a golden retriever before her...loved him so much but don't miss the hair around the house.;)
