Are you kidding me? I was really counting on those protein meal replacement shakes doubling my salary over night.

So confused and frustrated, one doctor tells me to eat three times a day (3-4 oz of protein and 1 cup of vegetables) and another says to eat 6 -7 smaller meals a day but to stick to 1200 calories.
