  • You must be eating too much and not recording everything correctly. You should feel some hunger time from time and if you are feeling full all the time, than you must have had too much food.
  • It was my son's birthday today and I bought him a flake chocolate cake, which I then cut across and filled with home made chocolate butter cream. God, it was so nice, I had 3 pieces today...and 1 pint of ale as well. Shame on me! :drinker: :angry:

  • I had the same problem even to start with. I did lots of exercises and ate healthily, but not a single pound lost. Then I realise that I was eating too much. You need to eat 1200 calories, no matter what exercises you do. Then you will see the results. I have noticed that as soon as I eat 1400+, no weight loss would happen…
