I decided to wear my heart rate monitor (polar FT7) today when I did just dance 3 to see how many calories I really burn. I did 60 minutes for a total of 400 calories. My sweat points were 4700, so I definitely think the calculation of 4.2 sweat points equaling 1 calorie is way off, but I'm still happy with my 400 calories…

I like mayo and have always hated light mayo because it almost tastes sweet. But I recently tried the Hellmann's reduced fat mayo with olive oil and it's actually not bad, even my husband will eat it and he won't eat or even try anything that might be healthy for him.

I HATE my calves! Even though it is mostly muscle, they are still huge and I hate to wear skirts or shorts because I'm so self conscious about them. I can never find boots to fit either! I'm really hoping that my workouts will help me to decrease my calves!

I just recently found Special K Protein Plus cereal, it has 10 grams of protein in 3/4 of a cup. I have been mixing it with my greek yogurt and fruit in the mornings and it gives me 28 grams of protein to start the day. Just thought I'd share in case you want to look for it.

The spreadsheet is great! What's not so great is I weighed myself this morning, for the first time in about 2 weeks and I gained about 10 pounds! Lets hope most of it is water weight! UGH! I did pretty much take the last few weeks off, which is not good and can't happen ever again.
