I would see a dermatologist. Your body can do crazy things at times. I never had acne as a teen but when I got on b.c. pills and then came off them my face was horrible. I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs and still have some trouble areas that I need to lose fat - my triceps, and my stomach.... I haven't lost weight in 5 weeks :( So frustrating. We do NFP but I don't chart or take temps.. I go by discharge alone which is pretty consistent for me... I can say though.... it's messed with what seems like the length of my ovulation window... Also spotting in between periods... wish I could help ya out!

Thanks for this! Yeah... I know I'm not preg. but it is concerning your Dr. said it probably wasn't working-out... I have a mis-shaped uterus but apart from that I'm perfectly healthy. Had a complete blood panel and physical not too long ago and everything was perfect... Hmmm a lot to think about!

(shaped like a heart instead of a pear) and it caused a lot of issues during my pregnancy 2 years ago. I'll definitely check w/my doctor!

Totally agree. I don't delete anyone unless they are vulgar and I haven't had to deal w/that. I completely agree! I hardly EVER eat back my exercise calories - the whole point is to create a deficit in your calorie intake in order to lose. I'm sure every body's different ... but I think it's a myth too! Otherwise how do anorexic people become that way - their body's wouldn't let them lose if that's the case!…

My arms, my upper chest - like... I can see my collarbones again! My upper waist is shrinking and my thighs... but my belly (post baby) is gonna be the last to go. My bust can leave anytime it wants to... but that'll be one of the last places :(

Tonight's my husband's cheat meal... and while I don't do well with them... we're doing Mexican. I'm opting for the fajitas and foregoing the tortillas. No queso for me though... I'm 5'4" and a half so I'll go ahead and answer! It all depends on your bone structure... If you are bigger boned, then a heavier weight would be ideal b/c your bones would weigh more... I'm very small-boned, so my goal is 110-112 (what I was before I had my daughter) I don't think that 125 for your goal weight is bad...…
