  • All bran buds with yogurt and berries.
  • I don't know what you time line is but in terms of intensity/improvement Start with Cize, then do T25, then do Insanity. All that ( if you include the recovery week in Insanity) Is 23 weeks. At 1.5 pounds a week you should be about halfway to your goal by then. Sounds reasonable enough. :) Good luck!
  • I finished nursing School and Stayed the same weight the whole way through. You have to make yourself a priority throughout school and life. Once you graduate and start work it will be just as hard to take care of yourself as it is in school. Your professors should tell you that self care is just as important as studying.…
  • Just curious, TavistockToad....Are you from Tavistock in Devon? And What the others say is very true. No spot reducing. Jsut keep count calories and focus on losing overall body fat. :)
  • Long you cheat days. Weigh everything. Thats it. If you do that you'll have success. Feel free to add me if you want to check out my diary and have some extra support :)
  • I have a Pair of "goal" pants, and a goal dress. I found them in a size too small for me now but they were so cute/beautiful I knew I would one day really want to wear them. So I bought them. The dress is too tight for my arms and the pants are too tight for my thighs, hips and butt, but one day they will fit.
  • If you rely on laxatives on the daily you are asking for issues, Its considered to be laxative abuse. You can end up with a stretched colon, colon infections, polyps, possibly liver damage or colon cancer. Laxative abuse has also been known to aggravate IBS. Its also extremely important to note that there are 2 types of…

  • I also have reactive hypoglycemia. And I have gotten SOOO much better about controlling it. I follow IF and don't eat food until after 12 which seems to help because anytime I eat breakfast I tend to get hypoglycemia no matter what it is. And I never eat a meal that is only carbs, especially just straight up sugar, because…
  • Lemon Cake Halo Top for the win of all wins. Lemony, but not too tart. Think lemon meragine not lemon curd. OMG! My hubby loves the strawberry and he isn't even dieting. Says its the best strawberry ice cream he has ever had. lol
  • Have you thought about Intermittent Fasting. Waiting to eat your first meal until 12/1 and finish eating by 9. I do that so I can eat more at dinner time. I have some coffee in the morning.I eat "breakfast" at 12. Lunch at 2:30. Another Meal/snack at 5. Dinner between 7-9. 3, 300 calorie "meals" and 600 calorie dinner. :)
  • I need to do laundry, dishes, dust, and run errands but before I can go anywhere I have to take a shower. But I can't take a shower because I have to take an online class of like 12sh hours before Monday and I don't want to do any of it :'(
  • I LOVE my charge HR. It makes me happy to see progress physically. Between steps, stairs, exercise, and sleep. I love every aspect. I wish it was a little less sweaty under the band and I wish it was waterproof, but other than that I couldn't ask for anything better. :)
  • 5'5" CW 185 GW 140/145 May change reevaluate at 150, but for now that is my goal.
  • NSAIDS like Advil can cause you to retain water weight. Adding exercise can make you sore which can make you take medication which can make you retain water. That may be part of it. Give it some time. Track religiously.
  • Start over the next day and vow to do better.
  • I follow IF ( intermittent fasting) eating from 1-2pm to 9-10pm. I eat 2 big meals and 2 snacks. It works for me. A "healthy diet" is one that is sustainable for your lifestyle. I also eat 80/20. 80% fresh fruits and veggies and whole foods like rice, meats, cheese, and beans. Then 20% processed foods like fig newtons,…
  • I do a .75 mile lap walk/jogging with my dog around my complex. It usually takes me 15-20 minutes and I get anywhere from 120-150 calories depending on my HR ( I have a Charge HR) I find that its actually pretty accurate for me. I typically do this once or twice a day. I do it so I can have all the fruit and reddi whip ;)…
  • I have a cousin that was called Big Jamie most of his life until one summer when he was in his early 20s he lost a lot of weight and then bulked up. Now we just call him James. Lol ( Keep in mind we have like 8 James's in our family.) I think it depends on your friends and family.
  • Dark chocolate coated figs sound AMAZING!
  • It should be very easy if meats make you feel that way. Just makes sure to get proteins from non meat sources such as nuts, beans, legumes, quinoa, etc Good luck!
  • Lunch :) I don't eat breakfast
  • If It helps to give you an idea, I follow a pseudo- IF lifestyle. I go about 14/10 I fast for 14 hours and eat for roughly 10. I wake up around 8 and I'll have coffee at 10 am. Then I'll eat a big lunch anywhere from 12:30-2:30 depending on the given day. Then I'll have some fruit around 3-4 and again around 5-6 then I eat…
  • It took me years to realize that eating 6 small meals a day was BS. I naturally fast for long periods of time and then eat 1 big meal and a few snacks. Works for me and help me lose a lot of weight. Wonder of wonders its a thing. IF is the way to go for me :D
  • I had 3 slices Turkey bacon, 2 eggs scrambled with a splash of milk and a little butter, and an English muffin with peanut butter. Less than 450 calories and sooo good.
  • I've heard that the malabsorption effects of roux n y are essentially negated after 3 years other than some mirconutrients like iron and B12. Diet recommendations for 8 hears post op are essentially the same as anyone without the surgery.
  • If you supplement your supply will go down. It will also go down if you have to much of a deficit. You really should discuss your plans with a doctor and/or lactation consultant.
