totally agree.. I have such a crazy life that sometimes fast food is neccessary until this site I thought I was making the right choices in food... it has helped alot.. good luck and good thing to remember it is not a diet it is a lifestyle change..

guess u can chalk it up as a lesson learned.... I know I use mfp on my phone when we go out helps me figure out to make better choices.. see I would think the fajatis would have been good..

i hope it is not plantar fiscai... worst pain i ever had and they said it was brought on by too much exercixe... had to wear a soft cast for 5 weeks to let it heal... good luck

i joined one of the challenges on here.. keeps me motivated... so look on the message board... the one I join for losing weight for easter she post dailuy challenges so that helps me stay on track... hope this helps...

good luck.. just take one day at a time.. I have found everyday I do some sort of exercise just to get moving. a great dvd if u dont have time is leslie sansone walking videos they are great...

fyi and it is does help alittle u can get the chicken parm and ask them for grilled chicken instead of breaded which is a big help. they also have a light dressing that they will put on the side of the salad. i went there sat night and before I went I checked it all out on mfp so then I knew before I even went what I was…
