I would like to say that I am wonderfully successful. But it's been a slow process and I hate the bounce. First I quit smoking, then I went to gym. I try to do a least 1 hour of exercise a day and cut my total calorie intake. No more late night snacks.

4th: 45 minutes, elliptical and weights 5th: 20 minutes yoga + 25 minutes elliptical + 35 weights 2 hours and 5 minutes. Still have a long way to go but it's been a good day.
