i m not limiting to 900 but i m saying by mid day i'm full and bloated and stay that way the rest of the day never hungry by next meal time... diary is exactly what i m eating to stay below 20g of carbs and keep protein and fat very high.

it took some doing !! but the reason is, lamb has 450 cals while the steak has 165 and it would have taken me way over cals and fat intake... She didnt tell me they were having lamb or i d have knocked the oil out of the shakes and had lamb instead ! going to have some cold tomorrow ...
