  • Just spotted all the new messages :)
  • Mine are all silly little things that I've always been slightly jealous of other (much slimmer) people being able to do. 1. Be able to be lifted up (without fear i'm going to literally cripple him) by my partner for no other reason other than it's something I've always been too self conscious to let anyone ever do 2. Be…
  • Losing your period can be from a number of reasons, pregnancy (although i'm sure you've already considered that by now haha), stress, things like poor nutrition or a hormonal imbalance.. the only way to be sure is to go and see the doctor, and the sooner the better - things like PCOS and hypothalamic amenorrhoea could be…
  • Disney land sounds fantastic, what a great goal to have!
  • It can definitely help you if you really want to change! Otherwise, you'll probably find yourself only half involved and not logging daily, not exercising etc... I'd highly suggest finding friends on here who can help motivate you and give you advice, it's incredibly helpful and you'll feel supported on your journey to…
  • All i can say is that if he's your husband now, he obviously loves you for who you are so don't worry :)
  • This made me genuinely snort out loud hahahahah!
  • I'll definitely have a hunt around here for Dukes in that case! And ahhh, never underestimate how much I loved mayo... Love. Still love so much. I was also eating about double what i do now! So imagine not just one chicken burger but two (and fries.. and onion rings...) completely covered in the stuff, with extra for…
  • Oooh, is this available in England?
  • It's really motivating to hear these!
  • Ah, I hadn't thought about all the tattoos I've really wanted but been too worried about placement or weight loss! Damn, so putting that as a treat for reaching my last goal! :D
  • If you're seeing and feeling results in your body, i'd say just focus on that! I'd much rather be able to physically see a difference in my body than have the scales say I was 5 pounds lighter and not feel or look any different at all. I know how frustrating it is when you have a goal and you really want to meet it, but…
  • I can't offer much in the way of advice as i've never been through anything like this, but I really do hope you feel better soon, and please don't worry about exercising. If you physically can't, it's SO important that you listen to what your head and body are telling you. A few days aren't going to make any difference in…
  • I LOVE this topic! I really can't wait to buy denim shorts - I've always, ALWAYS wanted a pair but they don't look good on this body right now haha! Soon hopefully! I would also love to own loads of playsuits for summer - I think they're possibly the most adorable things in the world Things I can't wait to get RID of are…
  • I have a few besides the obvious 'looking better' things It would be really great to be able to feel comfortable in my body and I know people say you should be comfortable no matter how you look, but if that was true would people really ever have the urge or motivation to lose weight? I also would love to be able to wear…
  • Wow! You look fantastic, keep it up! :D
  • Added you all, wowzers, lots of UK buddies! Thanks everyone :)
  • Added you all :)
  • I used to hate them too, but roasting stuff like parsnips and other veggies that go sweet and caramalised set me on the right track! Sweet potatoes are my absolute personal favourite - I've been told they're much better for you to eat than regular white potatoes every once in a while and they are absolutely delicious! Not…
  • I just finished (literally haha!) week 2 day 1, is anyone else already feeling a lot better at it already? Week one day one almost killed me i swear, i ended up throwing up because i literally couldn't do anymore haha!
  • Thanks for all the replies! I think i was under the illusion 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day' that's so frequently shoved in my face. 'How do you expect to lose weight when you never eat breakfast?' - my partner a few days ago, kinda got me thinking i needed to, but i'm definitely not going to start…
  • I try to make sure I exercise when i get home, usually around 6pm, then I eat after or i'm sure i'd throw up or feel too full to properly exercise
