Frustrated by the scale.

I haven't seen 127.8 on the scale since the last time I weighed in weeks ago. Now every time I weigh myself it's in the 130s! I don't understand. I work out five or six times a week and eat 1300 calories a day (or more if I exercise). I drink water all day long and can't consume gluten, which has cut down on my grazing in a huge way. I feel like my clothes fit a little different (better than they did before) and I definitely don't appear bigger, but why is the scale going UP? Could it be from exercising or water? It's even around 131 in the morning. Ugh.

If you're seeing and feeling results in your body, i'd say just focus on that! I'd much rather be able to physically see a difference in my body than have the scales say I was 5 pounds lighter and not feel or look any different at all. I know how frustrating it is when you have a goal and you really want to meet it, but I'd definitely say as long as you're still FEELING a difference within yourself, that's a huge step in the right direction.0

Ugh I know I shouldn't be so focused on a number but it's so annoying! It makes me feel like I should eat less. Today's my birthday and I feel so guilty going out to dinner after my workout; I don't wanna let a number ruin the night!0

If you have all the other positive things going for you. Healthy eating, exercise, clothes fit great then why are you hung up about 3 measly lbs on the scale? I dont get it.0

Today's your birthday? Look in the mirror and smile!!
1) Happy Birthday
2) No regrets, you can always care about it when it's not your birthday
3) You look great; I'm not just saying this to support you - I'm being honest.0 -
Do you take your measurements? You could be loosing inches over your body, even though the scale is not changing.0

I guess because the number has consistently gone up for weeks and it's disconcerting when I'm attempting to achieve the opposite.0 -

You're kind, thank you. Ever since I gained weight back from the first time I lost, I think I've gotten paranoid!0 -

I don't, I never have! Maybe I should start. Thank you.0
