I like to take shredded cheese of any kind and put it on a peice of cooking parchment and microwave it. It makes yummy cheese crisps. I also buy sliced peporoni and microwave them. These help curb the crunchy craves I get. :)

Busymom348 I had my gastric sleeve 4 years ago and lost 150 lbs and one year ago yesterday I had a hysterectomy and gained 30 lbs since. I worry that my stomache to has returned to size. Protien is the building block of muscle and the more muscle burns more calories. I would be more concerned if I was adding more carbs. Just keep things balanced. My Dr has me making sure I get 70 grams of protien a day and I have lost 84 lbs in less than 7 months.
