A lot of people on this site use 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels - the results which people have shown are incredible, its a 30 day workout of 20 mins a day and there are three levels, most have stuck to level 1 for 10 days then level 2 from 10- 20 days and level 3 20-30 days. If you have games console, you can get Zumba games and these also work and are a fun work out and you can choose high, medium or low intensity and how long, or short you wish to work out for.

if you cant afford Zumba classes, do u have a games console like Wii or or Xbox with Kinect as Zumba games for these are also fun.
