I only saw the before and after pictures and she looked amazing. I would think that she did more than her dvd to achieve that. Hopefully someone will input some valid points. Good luck with the programme

Any Jillian video is great it depends on the length of time you have. I have all of them my fav short ones are 30ds and ripped in 30. Fav longer ones No more trouble zones and burn fat boost metabolism. Hope this helps.

A lot of people on this site use 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels - the results which people have shown are incredible, its a 30 day workout of 20 mins a day and there are three levels, most have stuck to level 1 for 10 days then level 2 from 10- 20 days and level 3 20-30 days.

Have a look at the forums to see how well this appears to work.... I have ordered my DVD from amazon yesterday.

It incorporates interval training and offers multiple levels for progression, so it seems like it will be a fine place to start. However, I think the pictures are probably misleading. I doubt she made that much of a change by working out 20 minutes per day. That doesn't mean this isn't a good place to start - once you get through the 3 levels you'll be ready for a new challenge!

I have completed the 30 Day Shred, did a two week rotation of Killer Buns and Thighs and Killer Abs. Then I bought the Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan by Leslie Sansone as a respite from Jillian. Hah! I have ditched Jillian, the Walk video is far superior. I am burning more calories and getting in better shape with Leslie. I can't tell you how much I love this video!

I didn't say Jillian made huge change because of this - i said OTHERS in the forums have and if you look at before and after pictures of normal people in the forums doing the 30 day shred and watch what they eat it makes huge difference - these are real and not misleading as you state.

i for one will be posting before and after pictures when i get my dvd.
