  • go to the restaurants web site and get the actual nutritional values.
  • Part 1: write down meal items you frequently order. You must include the Calorie and fat content, Protein, and Carbs for each item. Part 2: Choose a healthier option at the same restaurant that would be an alternative. You must do this for three seperate restaurants.
