Chop it up as a cheat day or a few cheat days and get back focus on becoming habit improving your eating habits

before u start drinking open up your food diary and research how many calories the drink is that u are drinking and this way u can better manage how many glasses u may be able to have without going overboard:wink:

I eat what I want I have lost weight as long as Im exercising Im good I do not go overboard and eat cake everyday or ice cream maybe once or twice a month tried Fast food but the next day realized I cant eat that stuff anymore since have been cooking healthy so I stay away from that

yes I use to eat a lot and now when try to eat out I pay for it the next day and I don't feel the greatest but we live and are trying to learn new eating habits

Myself my youngest child has peanut fish allergies so the only time he has separate foods is when I make seafood other than that he eats the same foods as everyone else does
