  • Unfortunately you can't choose where it will come off. "You can't spot reduce". As long as you stay at a deficit weight will come off, but your body will decide from where... As for water, you could add in zero calorie sweetener drinks lik crystal light, iced tea(b sure to track added sugars, etc), or whatever you choose.…

  • I totally feel you on that! I'm down 40# and I'm JUST starting to see my progress(and slowly getting out of my starting jean size!!!), and people are JUST starting to notice. It can be a downer, but just remember that this is a long-term thing, and it takes time... Also, people say it "takes time" for your mind to catch up…

  • I'm assuming you meant grapeseed but it made me chuckle because I wasn't sure if I read that right...lol And from what I understand, olive oil is a good source of healthy fat, and it tastes great with scrambled eggs with veggies. I would say that if you're enjoying the taste, keep enjoying! A little goes a long way!!! :)

  • Thank you all! This is my third or fourth attempt on here and I'm glad that its finally sticking and that I finally know why I was failing before... I know that eliminating food always made me crazy and I would fall back to unhealthy eating, and this time I'm doing this without being restrictive and not going crazy!

  • Yoga is great!! I find it's a nice balance to running. It uses your body weight for the resistance and there's no such thing as perfect, which is why it's called a Yoga Practice. There are some great ladies on youtube if you want to try it in your home. If you go to a studio, it should be a welcoming and not judging place…

  • That's great that you've been getting your running in! I miss the days I did cross country... I was in good shape(not the worst but not the best either) and ran every day. Its kind of upsetting to think of how much I let go ... Great check in hun, I hope you reach your goal this week!!!
  • I've heard yoga is such a good idea, and I really want to try it one day!!! I would give myself a 10k goal, but I know I will screw it up if I aim for it. Lol
