I think I have made all the changes you suggested. I didn't even realize I was using the net carb entries. Thanks for trying to figure out what is going on with me. I keep trucking along but it is so frustrating to not see results!

Yes, I do use the recipe builder. Tonight we had chicken piccata and I didn't have to use recipe builder because when I did a search I found a recipe that had the same calories, fat, carbs, etc. as the recipe I made.

I gave it another two weeks. Here's the results: 198.6 2/3 200.2 200.6 199.2 200.2 199.4 197.4 198.6 198.0 2/14 199.4 200.8 200.6 2/17 To experiment, I reduced the number of calories on most days 100-250 calories, but obviously that didn't work either. I have strayed from macros some and ate a few more treats than normal…

Well, still not much happening on the scale despite great effort. I started out at 200, this morning was 199. Did get down to 197.2 but not consistently. I have been extra careful with weighing, measuring, tracking, recipe building etc. A little off on the macros but tried to keep them as close as I could. I have been over…
