I have about 90 to lose. Feel free to add me anyone!

If it ever happens again, let your face fall and look really upset. Tell them you just lost the baby. Mean? Probably. But I bet the person will NEVER say anything to another woman again about when their "baby" is due!

I kicked coffee out of my diet the week before Christmas because I also can't drink it black and was using a TON of sugar and creamer. You can do it!
-
I struggle with chocolate, too. If it's offered, I want it. And knowing that, I make sure to try and reserve some of my calories each day for some.

I've recently been told by my doctor I am borderline diabetic. Feel free to add me if you'd like!

Why are you set on jogging? Maybe there's a different exercise that you'd find more enjoyable?

I like water pretty well by itself. Never thought about adding cucumbers. But I do love cucumbers. May have to try this! Thanks for the idea! :D

Hey there :) Feel free to friend me!

Had the already pattied Butterball turkey burgers last week. Honestly they were terrible. I haven't tried Jennie-O yet, but right now I'm planning to never buy the Butterball kind again and just patty out my own.

Sounds delicious! THanks!

I personally weigh myself twice a week: on Sundays and Thursdays. I just like to make sure I'm on the basic right track. :)

Vegetarian sources of protein: cottage cheese (love this stuff), raw nuts (especially almonds), and protein powder smoothies. :) I toss blueberries, spinach, and almond butter in with some chocolate protein powder and it tastes like a chocolate-peanut butter smoothie.
-
I also love these! And like most everyone else, I eat chocolate. Nearly every day in some form. I just work to make it within my calorie goal. :)

I find the same thing happens when I eat Cheerios for breakfast. Sometimes I eat a whole wheat English muffin with a bit of almond butter--tasty and keeps me full til lunch.

Good for you. So sick of ridiculous, gendered stereotypes period.

Thank you for sharing. <3

I have about 97 pounds I'd like to lose, and I'm on here a lot. :) I'd love to add you to my friend's list to help keep each other motivated!

Hmm. For me, I do a protein smoothie. I just estimate the amounts of fruit/veggies I'm putting into it, and total it up with my protein powder and milk. Like, "half a cup of blueberries" "a cup of spinach" "a cup of milk." :) I don't know if that's how anyone else does it, but it seems fairly accurate.

I use Market Pantry chocolate protein powder, milk, blueberries, and spinach :) Tastes like a chocolate malt milkshake!
-
No. I can't stand it. So gross.
-
Good for you for planning it and working it all out ahead of time! :)
-
Yikes :/ I use Target Market Pantry's 100% Whey Chocolate powder and it's pretty good mixed with about a cup of milk. I usually toss it in the blender with a handful of blueberries and spinach because those are things I won't eat otherwise. It honestly tastes like a chocolate milkshake.

Low fat, or no fat cottage cheese? Gives a lot of protein per cup.
-
Whey protein powder (chocolate), blueberries, a strawberry, spinach, two teaspoons of strawberry Yoplait yogurt, about a cup of milk, and some ice :D
-
I just had some mashed sweet potatoes from Bob Evans. Very yummy.
-
Ooh, I never thought of that! Great idea!

Also new to this (week six), and having the same issue. Though it's not affecting me negatively I don't think. I just notice that I'm thinking about food, fitness, health, etc, a lot more than I ever use to. Which I suppose is a good thing since when I thought about it before I was wondering what chocolate or sugary…

English muffin with almond butter, and my protein drink. :)
