Just programmed mine, have no real clue what I'm doing with it yet. But, new friends are always good! https://www.fitbit.com/user/46LFQF

Seconded. I had mine for over two and a half years and they finally said it was fibroids. Had a uterine ablation, lost about 40 pounds, and have been regular ever since.

Agreed with everyone else. This is always how I feel when I'm losing. I think it's anxiety-induced!
-
Nope. For me, I notice I tend to feel more fuzzy headed when a lot of my calories come from carbs, though. I don't/won't cut them out entirely cause food is yummy. Calories are calories! You'll lose if you stay under your calorie allotment each day -- regardless if they're carbs, proteins, fats, etc.
-
Hmm. Might be worth a blood work up if that's feasible. Maybe anemia?
-
No problem! We're all here to learn, right? :) Salad and banana are good choices too! But yeah, I definitely recommend the shake if you enjoy milkshakes!

Same here honestly. I'm really not an outdoor kind of girl. Never have been. I like my treadmill where I can control the temperature, and watch tv or read while I walk/run. To each their own!
-
Sure, some days! Some days I'll do 30-40 on the treadmill and then do a 45 minute aqua zumba and 45 minute high intensity water aerobics class back to back later. Just depends on how I feel, and what kind of time I have!

Hello and welcome :) Good for you to for aiming for healthy!

Advil.

Well they're not really a diet meal. It's just to help you reach your protein macros -- protein does have a tendency to help you feeling fuller for longer, however. I have one as my breakfast each morning. I do one scoop of protein powder, a couple handfuls of spinach, blueberries, and nutella all blended together with ice…

I think mine is open. Occasionally I'll glance at someone else's -- not for criticism purposes (tbh, I don't care what you're eating nor would I degrade anyone over it!), but because I get bored eating the same stuff and other people often have great ideas!
-
I'd say probably "lightly active" is the best description?
-
It's not April Fool's Day :p
-
Water walking and then aqua zumba! Can't wait.

My yoga instructors say the same thing. "If you're doing a pose and you're suddenly in pain, STOP." Fortunately yoga always lessens my pain rather than causes it!
-
Baby steps! You just started back. Don't be so hard on yourself. Do what you can do today, then get up tomorrow and do what you can do tomorrow. You will progress! You can do it.
-
Hmm. What about iron levels? I was anemic for ages (I'm still iron deficient), and it makes you very fatigued. :/ I hope you can get it figured out!

This is where it comes from for me, admittedly. I love Lennie James and actually started watching TWD because he was slated to be in the show. I was also disappointed when he wasn't on there past the pilot, but still loved the show enough on its own to keep watching. And now I'm thrilled he's back. Yay another Jericho fan…

In addition to all the above suggestions -- how long have you been feeling weak and tired, and have you talked to your doctor?
-
I love cardio. I didn't enjoy weight training when I was doing it regularly. I think they're both good for various reasons. Do what you'll stick with is what I always hear!
-
Every Friday morning. I was doing it daily but the three-four pound fluctuations were making me crazy.
-
I was SO relieved none of the main people died. I feel like THAT was the twist because I think most people were expecting a bunch of deaths. I was super worried for Daryl and Glenn last night, though! And YAY Morgan! I hope Lennie's a regular next season. He's actually the reason I tuned into TWD initially. He's awesome.

I don't know if all Y's have it, but mine has something called "Y Cares" program. It's an income based financial help program for people who want to belong to the Y. I pay 33 a month for membership, and it's fantastic. I've been going 4 days a week.

I don't cry during yoga, but I attend a class regularly and if someone did cry, it wouldn't upset me? I mean I'd be concerned and hope everything was okay but it wouldn't stop me from going to yoga or anything. I also recommend Tai Chi if you're looking for healing kinds of things. Mind if I friend you?
-
I eat back some if I'm hungry. If I'm not I don't worry about it. :)
-
What did everyone think of last night's episode??
-
I think yoga in general isn't meant to necessarily be about calorie loss, but about flexibility and stilling your mind and focusing on breathing. That kind of thing. Which is all very important, too!

I quit coffee cold turkey back in December. It was rough for a few days. But I had to put so much sugar and creamer in it, I was probably gulping down about 300 calories/cup every day. I lost ten pounds in about three weeks just from that.
