Qi Gong and Piyo?
So my gym offers these two classes, and I have a very very vague description of what they are. But I was wondering if anyone here has done either before and what I should expect if I attend the classes?

Iron?
Anyone have some suggestions for getting more iron into their diet? My stomach can't handle iron pills, and I already put a ton of spinach in my protein shakes every morning. I don't eat red meat or pork.

Suggestions on how to log a workout?
I did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred for Beginners this morning. I'm not sure how to go about logging this here at MFP. Any ideas or suggestions?

Allergic reaction?
So last week I started blending my own protein drinks. Whey powder with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and spinach, and variations of those.
