Suggestions on how to log a workout?

I did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred for Beginners this morning. I'm not sure how to go about logging this here at MFP. Any ideas or suggestions?

    I usually record it as aerobics -its not fully accurate for the activity , but the closest I could think of

    I just started the Beginner Shred yesterday. I had been researching how to log it for several days and settled on logging it as calisthenics vs. aerobics. Aerobics is more of a cardio workout. Level 1 of Beginner Shred is definitely more calisthenics - (less cardio, more bodyweight exercises). :-)

    Invest in a heart rate monitor. =) It really takes all the guesswork out of logging exercise. I have the polar FT60 and I love it!
