It could just be dry skin. I've had it for two days now, and it's still itchy (and of course I can't stop scratching). But it hasn't spread anywhere else. No new blouses or soaps. I work out as soon as I get up of a morning. I don't eat before because I have a very sensitive stomach and frankly I'm afraid that eating and then immediately working out will result in throwing up. I quit red meat six years ago, and have never gone back to it. I don't miss it. I do tend to eat a lot of turkey and chicken, and for ethical reasons I often feel compelled to give them up. I'm still not fully decided, but considering.

Definitely don't skip! Your blood sugar will crash and you will crave every carb in sight. :/ Just eat something healthy, and don't worry too much about one day.

I make my own chocolate protein smoothies every morning. I add in lots of healthy stuff, but at the end it just tastes like chocolate. :) And I have one miniature Hershey's dark chocolate bar every evening.

If you're struggling to get more protein, try drinking a glass or two of milk with every meal. I was surprised by the protein content even in skim milk!
