If it's a stomach bug they recommend the BRAT diet -- bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. I also tend to toss in sugar free jello.

I like to have some chocolate. I usually go for two Dove dark chocolate bites and let them melt in my mouth. Or some sugar free chocolate pudding. Or a cup of hot chocolate. (Can you tell I'm a bit of a chocolate addict?? :)

Definitely stick to MFP. It's SO helpful. Even on the days I go over my calorie limit, it helps me to look and see where/why and helps get me back on track!

I love protein shakes! It's usually what I have for breakfast, actually. One scoop of the powder (my favorite is chocolate peanut butter), a cup of almond milk, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of spinach leaves and a serving of Nutella. Same here! I don't eat beef and haven't for about eight years, so I just use ground turkey in place of everything I'd have used ground beef for in a recipe! :)

I use whey powder -- currently stuck in a chocolate peanut butter loop -- and add ice, spinach, blueberries, Nutella, and a teaspoon of cocoa powder all blended together. Here's an off the cuff suggestion you probably won't hear many people suggest. Cocoa wheats has a ton of iron in it. You have to of course consider it's cereal, and that might not be your cup of tea, and it's also not as good as iron that comes from meat sources. I do a protein shake every morning after my workouts, and unlike most "breakfast foods" it leaves me feeling full until it's actually lunchtime. That's why I like it! It helps curb my impulse to snack between meals.

I love Nutella. I use it in my protein shakes every morning as a thickener/flavoring. I just count it in with my other calories and I'm still losing weight :)

I have 2 pieces of Dove dark chocolate after lunch, and a 60 calorie cup of hot chocolate at night. Totally satisfies my sweet tooth.

As in, you can swim with it on and it tracks that activity, or you can get it wet when washing your hands and it won't damage it?
