eat a low fat lunch, salad or meat and veg, then do some exercise, 45 minutes swim or an hour and half walk, gives you a few extra calories for the rest of the day

What you are eating is the main thing that helps loose weight. The exercise will help and best of all exercise is very invigorating and makes you feel great and every little helps even a brisk 1/2 hour walk every day with your baby. I am 44 this year and through exercise I am in the best shape I have ever been and feel…

I have managed by only have a couple of glasses of wine one of the nights, then a few treats the other one. Do heaps more exercise over the week and save 100 to 150 calories every day before that, then a long brisk walk before a night out gives you the extra calories. I think is it better if you have a night out planned, or a day with mates, save 100 calories every day in the run up to the day and get exercise in too, an hour at the gym or an hour and half walk and you have plenty of calories to have some treats, then all you hard work isn't wasted

should have read when I exercise too

I am 5ft 10 and I am doing 1200 a day, but usually eat 100 calories less, I find it difficult to get my calories up without adding too much sugar. I have been on this for 3 weeks and I have lost 3kgs, so must be doing something right. I have extra food when exercise too

try increasing the fat slightly you need the right balance between protein fat and carbs. You could also try changing the gym workout, the body sometimes need a shock change to start loosing. I go to the gym regularly and sometimes my body tells me it needs a change in class. Good luck x

believe in yourself, that is the most important thing, you can do this. Get plenty of support. All my mates come to the gym classes with me and we all support each other x

I have managed to save around 100 calories per day, planning to do a body pump class tomorrow morning and a brisk 20 minute walk to and from the game at the stadium tomorrow night, think that might give me the few extra calories for dinner and a couple of drinks :)

I do the body combat and body pump at our gym and I think its 550 calories in the pump and probably over 600 in the combat if you increase your weights in pump and take it to level 2 in combat. I love these classes
