I have been stuck for the last 4 weeks at the same weight. I exercise nearly every day for a good hour sometimes more, walking, cross trainer or combat class. My setting is for 1300 calories a day. So hungry
I am 43 years old, 5ft 10, I weigh 154 lbs and I am aiming for 148 lbs, so nearly there. I am on 1200 calories per day. I try and exercise at least 4 times a week. I am just so hungry all the time and I am really struggling with these last few lbs. Any advice

the last few kilos/ lbs
I joined on 14th of April. I am 5ft 10 1/2. I have been on 1200 calories per day, I do at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours of exercise most days. I have lost 10 lbs so far and I have 6 or 7 more lbs to go, should I be changing the calories or increasing the exercise or should I just keep on the same. Any advice would be good :)

Can you save Calories for the weekend
Hey guys, does anyone know if you can save a few calories every day and add them on to a Saturday night if you have a night out.
