I joined on 14th of April. I am 5ft 10 1/2. I have been on 1200 calories per day, I do at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours of exercise most days. I have lost 10 lbs so far and I have 6 or 7 more lbs to go, should I be changing the calories or increasing the exercise or should I just keep on the same. Any advice would be good :)

I would keep them the same unless you hit a plateau. No reason to change something that is working. If you do hit a plateau you could add in some HIIT sprints. Good luck! I also have about 6 more to lose.

1200 is very little. There's a lot of info on here (if your search) about BMR/TDEE and why you should eat more than 1200.

I am in the same boat! At this point, I am keeping with my assume BME which is around 1408 calories-- and I eat back calories from exercise though I try to keep somewhat of a deficit. More importantly, I have started heavy lifting and my main goal is to build muscle. Frankly, it seems like when there are only 5-6 pounds left to contend with, the goal should be getting into the best shape possible--endurance wise, tone wise-- as opposed to hitting a particular number on a scale. Maybe I'm just coming up with excuses?

1200 cal is nowhere near enough for a person of your height. Check your numbers. (BMR/TDEE)
