I have/had a 100 pounds to lose. lost 32 of them been going at it for about 130 days. I didn't place a time frame on my lose because I didn't want to get discouraged and quite as long I'm losing and the scale and inches are going down I'm good. Feel free to add me

Hi my name is venessa I too have finally got somewhat of a grip on my anxiety I have been struggling for years. I take prozac seems to help a lot with controlling my panic attacks. Ok just so I understand mfp thinks it’s giving me enough calories based on what I told it.. when I started in oct I put desk job and my plan was to work out 30 mins a day and I was doing that but I have not sense it’s been cold. I use to weigh in daily but it was very discouraging to me personally I drove myself crazy with it and started to feel to overwhelming.So now I weigh in once a week on Mondays. I picked Mondays because for some reason weekends I would lose control. This has worked very well for me ♥
